Nominating Committee Chair submits a slate of nominees in writing (email) with their written consent and biographies, to the Secretary 

April 24, 2026

May 01, 2026 

(at least 55 days before the election deadline)  

Secretary submits a slate of nominees in writing (e-mail) to each Divisional Chair, including a notice of the election date and notice that additional nominations may be submitted by members.  

May 08, 2026 

(at least 14 days before the election)

Secretary receives such additional nominations, accompanied by the written consent and biographies of nominees.

May 22, 2026  

(at least 30 days before the election deadline)

Secretary sends one sample ballot and biographies of nominees to each Divisional Secretary. The ballot shall state the election date, which is the date by which the ballots must be returned to the Divisional Election Chair. The sample ballot also includes any bylaw revisions requiring membership-wide voting, if applicable. 

June 12, 2026  

(at least 14 days before the election)

Division sends to each eligible voter in its Division a ballot and biographies of nominees.

July 10, 2026  

(no more than 10 days after the election)

Reporting Deadline

Divisional Secretaries submit the results of the election in writing (email) to the Secretary. Secretary compiles the results of the election from the divisional reports.

July 24, 2026  

(no more than 20 days after the election)

Reporting Deadline

Secretary notifies the President, the Vice President (President-Elect), the Divisional Chairs, and all nominees of the results of the election. Elected officers take office on September 1, 2026.
