UCI Librarian publishes in The Serials Librarian

Jharina Pascual, the Electronic Resources Acquisitions Librarian at UC Irvine, recently co-authored an article in The Serials Librarian with Sybil Boone. The article, "Library Management in Trivandrum, India," explores assessment strategies, research results, and decision making in the process of building a website and formalizing management procedures for a library in Kerala, India serving a significant number of deaf students.
