Getting Started with Your Member Profile

Accessing Your Profile

Click your name in the upper-right corner of the blue banner.
On your profile page, select Edit profile to make changes.

About Your Member Profile

Your profile includes several sections with important details about your membership and account.

Profile Tab

Contains your contact and descriptive information
Optionally, you can upload an image or avatar.
Note: Profiles have been migrated from the old site, but some information may be outdated. Please review your profile carefully.

Privacy Tab

Manage who can see and customize your profile and specific fields.
For details, refer to the “LAUC Member Fields” table on the Member Profile Privacy page.

Email Subscriptions Tab

Control your notifications for events and messages from LAUC leadership and site administrators.

My Event Registrations Tab

View your current and past event sign-ups. This will be used for Assembly registration and other special events.

You can ignore the Invoicesand payments and Donations tabs, as these features don’t apply to our community. On the Profile tab, you can also disregard the following fields: Member level, Member status, Member since, and Renewal due.

Explore your profile and make updates to stay connected!

Review and update your profile details as needed.
Optionally, add an image or avatar by clicking Choose File and uploading a file.

🔒 Managing Privacy Settings

Click your name in the top banner to go to your profile.
Click Edit Profile and select the Privacy tab.
Adjust visibility settings for each field as needed.

Stay Connected!

It’s recommended not to opt out of emails, as this is the primary communication method used by LAUC leadership and division chairs. Additionally, division chairs may choose to use site features to communicate with their division.
